Nigel Peak

Nigel Peak (3211M) was my highest summit so far.  Nestled just East of the Columbia Icefields, and the Athabasca glacier, it affords a great view of the icefields and 11 of the 22 highest peaks in the Rockies.  On this day the weather began crystal clear, but a bad storm moved in, and struck around 30 minutes after I had returned to my car.
