Johnston Canyon

With a three night stay at Lake O’Hara just around the corner, I decided not to wear myself out, and rubbed shoulders with the masses in the Johnston Canyon. The weather was also unsettled, and it started to pour rain just after arriving back in Banff. While I prefer this hike as a shoulder season outing, both the canyon and the Ink Pots beyond provide an undeniably picturesque setting.
